FEES AND PAYMENTS
You agree to pay for all charges and fees incurred in connection with your
user name and password for SwellMagnet.com Premium Services. All fees
and charges are nonrefundable. If there are yearly fees for your subscription,
these fees will be billed automatically to the credit card designated during the registration process at the start of the yearly period, and will auto-renew each
year until membership is terminated. If there are yearly fees for your subscription, unless otherwise notified by you, swellmagnet will bill your account automatically, at whatever yearly subscription rate is in effect at that time, to the credit card designated during the registration process, at the start of the yearly period. An administration and processing fee may be deducted from any cancellations.

If you want to cancel your membership, switch to a different credit card or
there is a change in your credit card name, expiration date, or if you
believe someone has accessed SwellMagnet.com Premium pages using your
user name and password without your authorization, please call:

14 DAY FREE TRIAL
By choosing the free trial, you will receive all the benefits of a full subscriber for 14 days. If at the end of 14 days, you have decided you do not wish to continue the service, you must actively cancel your subscription by clicking on to the member page http://swellmagnet.com/membership/member.php and clicking cancel. By not canceling, you are hereby authorizing Swellmagnet.com to charge your credit/debit card for the one-year service you have selected. Upon charge to your card, your subscription cannot be canceled, refunded or credited.

COPYRIGHT AND LIMITATIONS ON USE

This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your usage rights
to anyone. Only one individual may access SwellMagnet.com's Premium
pages at the same time using the same user name or password, unless
otherwise agreed to by SwellMagnet.com. SwellMagnet.com may discontinue or change
SwellMagnet.com's Premium Services, or its availability, at any time
