Andy here, with the Morro Negrito Panama surf report for Wednesday, July 2nd.
Just wanna tell you about Monday real quick... wow... one of my top ten P-land sessions... so glassy and super clean. The bigger set waves were so perfectly groomed ! I was surfing P-2 most of the time and it was firing. solid 8 to 10 foot faces. just enough size to get your blood pumping, but so glassy it was almost too easy to rip it up. such a fun day !
Today (Wed) saw a considerable drop in swell energy. But even with smaller surf, we found a super glassy super clean waist to chest high river mouth a fun morning treat. El Toro (low tide beachie) was surfed as well and i heard some pretty good reports about it being small but super clean as well.
Tomorrow is looking to be somewhat similar, if not smaller than today.
It's gonna get a bit quiet around this region for the next 5 or 6 days. We will see what happens on the 9th of July. The experts say something's coming...
